Coombeshead opened in 2016 and quickly became one of the most in-demand food spots in the UK. Based near Launceston in Cornwall, it’s run by Tom Adams – of Pitt Cue fame – and his fiancé Lottie Mew. Tom teamed up with New York-based mega chef April Bloomfield to launch the farm, and as you can imagine the food experience is something else.
With the vast majority of ingredients either grown or reared on site, the team place a huge emphasis on quality and provenance of everything they use. Anything that isn’t sourced in house is provided by a carefully-curated list of local producers.

Coombeshead were looking for something stylish, durable, and sustainably-produced. Our hard-wearing Irish linen ticked all their boxes. It’ll certainly be put through its paces in the rough and tumble of the kitchen and out in the fields tending to the pigs.
